In my experience, some bikers are control freaks and want to control all the crazy drivers around them. I think it's a power thing for them. I suspect this attempt to ride down a fucking highway is just that--"Hey, we can do it legally, so let's make these fucking drivers slow down and move over!" Definitely not the brightest move!
