A gas explosion occurred in a high-rise building in Sterlitamak: a woman was killed and 7 other people were injured. Gas worker's hand was torn off

Horrible footage of the explosion was caught on video. The entrance door was knocked down and two children were hit, one of whom was in a stroller. The girls were injured.

The blast wave also blew out the windows in the apartment on the second floor. Emergency services are on the scene.
