At approximately 2:45 p.m. today (March 17, 2024), Sawang Prathip Sriracha Rescue Chonburi Province Received a report of a pickup truck colliding with a sedan. There were several injuries. At the red light intersection of Laem Chabang Waterworks, Thung Sukha Subdistrict, Si Racha District, Chonburi Province. So coordinated with the rescue staff of "Lanthom" at Somdet Phraboromratchadevine Sriracha Hospital. Vibharam Hospital and Laem Chabang Hospital Urgently join in helping the injured.
At the scene a gray pickup truck was found. Registration number JP 6765 Chonburi, front damaged. It collided with a black sedan. Registration number กส 1857 Chonburi until it flipped over and wheels pointed skyward. Injured people were found scattered all over the road.
From the investigation, it was found that a total of 6 people were injured, 2 of whom were injured in the pickup truck. Their injuries were not very serious. As for the sedan, a total of 5 people were traveling in it. One person was found dead at the scene, stuck inside the sedan, while the other 4 people were seriously injured. Rescue workers transported the injured to urgent treatment at the hospital. It was reported that someone was injured and died. In Laem Chabang, Chonburi province, Thailand, a sedan ran a red light at an intersection and was struck by a pickup truck travelling in the opposite direction. The sedan, which had five occupants (three women and two men), overturned as a result of the incident.

One of the male occupants of the sedan, who was unidentified, died instantly, whilst two further occupants died from their injuries in hospital shortly afterwards. The two occupants of the pickup truck were also injured in the collision

I think everyone has ran a red-light at some point in his life (and God knows I've seen so many drivers do it) but after watching this....well... it's a strong reminder to only run the yellow ones..
