Do you think of anything that helps you fall asleep?

It's actually the thinking that keeps me from sleeping. So many beautiful women in this world.

I don't sleep. Its very weird. I can fall asleep fairly easily, i just cant stay that way. I get 2-3 broken hours a night, if I'm lucky. Every few months my body just shuts down and I basically go into a coma for 16-20 hours. Then it's back to constant insomnia. Working doesn't help, neither do medications. I gave up trying to "fix" it a long time ago.

Valium every night for the last 25 years does it for me๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ˜ด
I do running 5 or 6 days / week i work in my garden 2 hours per day i watch tv and when it's time to bed i'm generally KO !! It's hard to fight against oneself by the past i used to drink so much alcohol so much so much yeah it was paradise but so expensive and so bad for the body last time it was march 30 ... Sometimes i want to drink again but for the moment i can resist but i know one day i will drink again ....

I did in the beginning. They tried no less than a dozen meds, sleep studies. They discovered I "wake up" every 2 minutes or so while I'm supposedly sleeping. No, i dont have sleep apnea. After years with no results I just accepted it. I'm pretty used to it at this point. Thank God for streaming services because late night/early morning television socks! Lol

That's a tough condition you're in. Stay strong.

I'm lucky. I can go to sleep anywhere, any time. No problem.

I may wake up a few times during the night, like now, (1245 am here) and get on GG or peruse the online newspaper I subscribe to, but will go back to sleep in 20 mins or so.

I do power naps on long drives too. Sometimes with some deep breathing to get me off to dream land. A couple of dreams and I know I've had my REM and I'm good for another 2 or 3 hours driving. Sometimes I lay out a sleeping mat outside the car and stretch out for an hour...

Does your job involve driving a lot?
