I thought my childhood was rough. Just goes to show that no matter how bad you think things were, there's always people who had it worse. This man was one of the worst human beings on the planet. I put him right up there with Tommy Sells and Otis Toole.

Jack Unterweger was an Austrian serial killer who committed murders in several countries. While serving 15 years of a Life sentence for murder he wrote his autobiography, poetry, children's stories and a novel. When released in 1990 he became a celebrity television host, hosting a program that talked about criminal rehabilitation, as Unterweger had been a poster-boy for the "changed" criminal. At the same time during 1990 he murdered 6 prostitutes in Austria. In 1991 he was sent by a magazine to Los Angeles,CA to report on crime in LA. While there he murdered 3 prostitutes. Thanks to the FBI profilers and agents Unterweger was identified and finally arrested in 1992. In 1994 he was sentenced to Life Without Parole. He committed suicide by hanging that night in his cell. In all he is suspected in as many as 15 murders.
The naivete of the Austrian justice system at that time is sad. It almost seems that they had no concept of a sociopath--a person with no conscience who will say or do anything to suit their means; and weave very "in depth", complicated, incredibly believable lies to get their way. At the same time, they were willing and almost desperate to pimp him out as proof that their reform system works...so who was playing whom, I guess.
This is a very tongue-in-cheek documentary about animal courtship and mating. Shows some mounting but nothing graphic or pornographic. Lots of silliness ensues. Tell me where YOU thought they were going when they said "for the longest example of an animal penis, go no further than your local basketball court!"
