Majority of the time they won't I these countries. For the people that own the tiger, it's a lot of investment for one random guy to fuck it up. If you notice in a lot of these videos, the people with a tranquilizer or a gun really drag their feet when it's not America. But even as they drag, they'll still shoot with a tranquilizer and not a gun, even if it's already ripping your face off.
The thing is too with these shit holes, is that they don't have proper feeding slots, Like in expensive western zoos. They likely just slip meat through the bars. Pro tip, mice, hamsters, parrots, and every other animal on earth will bite your hand through a cage if you get them into the habit of grabbing food through it. So if you don't know an animal, never put your hands on the bars.
Ideally they should at least toss it over the cage to be safe about it and it doesn't immediately run to bit at the bars if you accidentally get too close. But a tiger is also a tiger.

Does anyone have a video where a tiger bites someone and actually lets go? I have never seen them loosen their grip without their share of the take.
