The Worst Man. He presents, points and shoots the ceremonial revolver sending the heart break bullets into the Groom, as per tradition. The Groom clutches his chest, symbolizing the pain of a broken heart, also as per tradition. The music keep playing and the ceremony proceeds as normal. The Groom's bleeding lifeless corpse is then wheeled to the alter on a gourney where the bride to be waits to exchange her vows. When the Groom doesn't respond the wedding is declared a miss-match and the groom and bride's parents arrange different relatives to be married next week.
