Apparently after the escape of a very important drug boss a few days ago in Ecuador a war began between drug cartels and the government. Armed criminals began to murder police officers, enter television programs, capture and murder hostages.

The president called the army to restore peace, something that has not been achieved at the moment...

Some videos of the situation.

This is the cartel boss (José Adolfo Macías, aka "Fito") who escaped from the local prison. This cartel from Ecuador has links to Mexican cartels.

The situation in the country is quite heated, not only random civilians, police and soldiers were murdered but also, for example, the nephew of a governor was murdered too.
Ya have to be brutally efficient right back ....they rule with fear and money...
If you really have good loyal cops who don't give in for money, you will win the war!! Cartels think money can buy everything, if people would stop giving in to that idea, the cartel will always lose.

It's even simpler: declare drug cartels as terrorist organizations that threaten national security, and then you can use the armed forces to combat them.

But nobody wants to pay the political price of bloodshed, and besides, Ecuador is one of the most corrupt countries in the region. In fact, it's so corrupt that in 2025 I canceled all the deals/contracts that I had active there because I got tired of having to deal with them...
(And these were deals/contracts for example with the most important bank of Ecuador... not with minor companies)

Piece of shit country that results from his piece of shit people.. For me to give up large amounts of money (7 figures) for the company because emotional reasons they have to be truly truly unbearable...
