First gore pic/vid you ever saw?

In late 2003, I was a 20-year-old Staff Sergeant/E-5 in the US Air Force. A guy in my unit showed me the Chechclear beheading video on Ogrish. Sometime in 2004, I actually bothered to join the forum, and the rest is history. I suppose I'm coming up on my 10th anniversary of fucking around with Internet gore.

Technically though, I saw my very first gore in the 1990s. My father was a criminal attorney and my mother was (and still is) a family attorney, and they owned books showing evidentiary medical photographs of abused and/or murdered women, men, babies and children. I read through a couple of those.
Thanks for serving man! :5stars:

This book right here friends was my first glimpse of horror. My mother bought it from the library around 1987. I was around 8, saw the book and thought "who the hell is this kid with the baseball cap on?" Well, not looking hard enough at the cover, and going straight for the pictures in the book, I was scarred for life.. The book is about David Rothenberg, who's drunk father poured 3 gallons of kerosine in David's room while he was sleeping, lit a match and sped off. It took a lot of years too get those images out of my mind. I can still remember my sisters teasing, "David's in your room and waiting," when ever I was being too much of a punk. Ha ha, that always shut me right up I tell ya! As far as vids, The Exorcist age 8 or 9 (Linda Blair is still after me I swear!) And of course Faces of Death around 11 - 12 yrs old.

The first gore video I ever saw was Faces of Death, when I was a teenager. The first interweb gore video I saw was the vid where the Chechen soldier beheads that Russian soldier with a combat knife. I can't remember the title of the vid, but it's one of the more popular beheading videos. That was also the first time I watched a beheading vid. I can't remember the first gore pic I saw.

what introduced me to gore wasnt something I found on the internet but something wicked awesome that happened to me in person. I was like 8 or 9 at the time and we lived by a highway with lots of wooden area around. me and a few friends were playing with fake guns n shit running around and then as we were deciding what to do next, a deer jumps out infront of this mini van and explodes. the deers head landed just about 10yds away from us and we all ran up to see what the hell happened. the next 20 minutes was the best day of my life and thats what hooked me on to gore.

nah. not much to wear. from what my dad said, the guy was going 110 down that road. there was legs, head and the ass and thats about it. the 5-0 was like right down the road so we werent allowed to play with pieces for long.

the first real gore video I have seen was the beheading of nick berg, that day I lost my entire faith in humanity .
Ironically, I've always considered that one as fake; and that it clearly served it's purpose. Since then, most beheading vids have left little or no doubt.

This picture. I saw it in a book on World War 2 when I was about 7. On the same page was that photo of Russian bodies (I think) that were dumped face down and used as a bridge to cross a muddy river, probably during Barbarossa. The guy flattened into the road made quite an impression though.

The first online video I saw was the aftermath of a bomb attack, probably on Ogrish. One guy carrying a baby that had no head.

An article in a Spanish magazine about a plane crash that showed bits of bodies hanging from trees etc.. my parents took it of me but I soon had another copy. :D and then around the same time a guy committed suicide from the 7th or 8th floor of our building and he went BANG big time when he hit so we went to look and a fence post had gone straight through him, there was blood and gibblets every where and that kick started my obsession with death AMEN.
