Sticks and bonding and brood patch showing by Harriet?

They best hussle on the castle, cause her clock is ticking.
We may see a clutch before the nest is in the shape they usually have it.

These last 2 pics are of M with his beak anchored and kicking out debris from the center of the nest. I've not seen him do this before.

This morning together on the OCT... little foggy.
A bit of the pasture pond showing, no dry banks now, the horse trails in the grass...
M is up above Harriet.

They go vocal and Harriet's brood patch shows. Eggers are coming...

What's 'brood patch', Dev?
I get no clear results in my dictionary, only 'brood nest'.

That's a good trick how he cleans the nest, using the bead as a 'hand' to hold on.

A brood patch is were both parents loose their feathers from just under their crops to their bums for incubation, skin on egg shell(s) as it were.

Harriet barking orders, not unusual.

He wins this round because she hops to the spike and leaves him go at it... for now.

Check your volume for the first part of this video, lol.
They are in bonding overdrive, loads of soft material has been brought to the nest, and M is bringing her food left and right. Yesterday she had a partial squirrel, 2 fish(one was huge) and a UFO, looked like maybe something from the butcher shop.
Harriet is looking roundish and plump.
By this time last year they already had their first clutch. Come Harriet, we're waiting....

This nest doesn't name the eagles or the babes anymore. Harriet was named by the locals as well as her first mate Ozzie. Ozzie was injured in 2015 and unfortunately died. Several males came around to court Harriet and she choose who we now know as M15. They are an amazing pair.
M stands for male.
15 stands for 2015 when he won her heart.

Ah, thanks. I wanted to ask that all the time but forget it somehow.
