Yes. I used to use a forklift operator's permit but was still working on more hours and moved. The company was who provided my certificate though & we had to have it on display over my bosses desk who only had just got his. Only myself & one other female had it but our supervisor & manager usually used them & not myself or the other girl while they cracked jokes about how woman can't drive. 🤣
The OSHA standard [29 CFR
1910.178(m)(3)] states that
unauthorized personnel is
prohibited from riding on a
forklift. If riders are authorized, a
safe place must be provided.
