Serious Full Delphi murders ‘Bridge Guy’ video released as convicted killer Richard Allen appeals verdict

Chilling footage of the Delphi murders “Bridge Guy” has been released by supporters of murderer Richard Allen months after he was sentenced for the killings of teens Abigail “Abby” Williams and Liberty “Libby” German.

The “full, raw” 43-second video was recorded on German’s Snapchat while she and Williams walked on Delphi’s Monon High Bridge on Feb. 13, 2017, before the Indiana teens were killed.

Nothing chills me about that video.. pointing the camera at the ground the whole time. They should have put the phone in his face and said they were on facebook live or something.. they chose to hide the fact they were recording him and they probably could have scared him off if they had been a bit more assertive and loud
