What a shit hole!! Guy jumps in river to have 100 lbs of garbage follow him in.

They really whack him hard numerous times before he can't take it anymore and decides to bail by jumping into the river. Gang members followed him down the shore and eventually caught him. No word on what they did then, other than that they let him live.
