He had every right to take that shot…that’s exactly what they teach in class….he didn’t take any action until the threat came at him….guy had plenty of time to walk away and was clearly the aggressor. Carry and also carry insurance. Deadly force is the last resort. The man who defended himself was with in his rights in this case imo.

You can even face civil lawsuits from the perp’s family even if you were justified for defending yourself or those you love. (US State laws vary).
