If they wont behave - even in prison - then they should be put against a wall and executed.

Clearly he's mentally retarded. There's probably loads of intellectually handicapped people in prison that just slip through the cracks in the system. Political correctness closed all the Mental Asylums and this is what happens. He'd be better off drugged up in a loungeroom of loonies where people are trained to deal with shit like that.
