Wonder if the camera man knew... It's most probably just routine for them... day in day out kind of stuff... And choosing to randomly record
Here in the U.S. mini split systems use 220V.... What voltage are they using there??

Cameraman just filmed away, never said or shouted anything, didn’t try anything to help, it’s bewildering really. Like he was filming a documentary. Hell even I’m not that jaded.
