Hot air balloon crashes into the side of a casino as strong winds forced an unplanned launch in #NorthernCalifornia.
Elk Grove police said the pilot, who was the only person on board, took off from Sky River Casino around noon due to extremely strong winds, crashed into the side of the building, before hitting a power line, and finally landed in a field across the highway.
