It's just a personal gripe, and the video is overall pretty interesting - I just can't stand robotic AI commentaries on videos. Some reason I find it really irritating and annoying, no matter how advanced the AI voices are these days. Why not just try doing your own voice or see if someone can do that - team up with someone who doesn't mind talking on videos if you don't wanna do that yourself. Anyway that's my two cents. You used one of the better ones but it would be a million times better if you fuck it off and do your own voice over.
 
The easiest way to succeed on YouTube with minimal effort is to react to other videos/content from around the internet. Shorts are as important as actual videos.
My advice is to hire the biggest blackest oogabooga tribal monkey you can and have him listen to/react to music from the civilized world.
Another good option is to make those lazy videos reading threads from Reddit/4chan with Minecraft/Fortnite/GTA footage at the bottom of the screen.
Another good option is to make videos about numerology and hidden Satanic messages in everyday items.
Yet another good option is to become a modern artist, lay canvas on the ground, and spin a fucking bucket of paint over it so it makes a stupid spiral pattern.

Isn't that the opposite of what you should/could do? I try to think about yt channels I've followed from the start and to be honest, they put a lot of effort from the very beginning. Some did it worse, some did it better, but they tried and that's what gave me hope they'll get bigger and more interesting with time. I wouldn't follow someone who doesn't care from the start.

That said, I haven't watched your vids, I'm only commenting on this post, because it looked counterproductive to your success.

I was going to just post what i did and leave, but you took it on the chin, so fair play. Now to respond to you properly.

My experiences. I'm 10+ years into doing Youtube videos and twitch (not so long). But both my Youtube was monetized and my twitch is still partnered. If you just want to make videos and enjoy that process of doing editing and the likes, then go for it, you'll enjoy the journey. But if you're actually looking to make money from it, then I'd not give up your day job. Even just getting your videos to be seen is ultra hard, let alone getting good click conversions on adverts.

The editing side of it is what taught me photoshop and I'm pretty decent with the old shitshops. I'd have never learned that stuff if i was not doing YT. If that's the same for you, then enjoy it, it's a fairly decent time sync if you have nothing else going on.
