I'm no diving expert but I'm pretty sure that's not how the shark cage is meant to work. Fortunately for the divers nobody will no they pissed their pants when Jaws got through.

Oh we know they pissed their pants. Steven Spielberg only wish he would have thought of this scenario as the intro to his film. Just when you thought it was safe to go in the water [edit / add: IN A CAGE]
The angles from the camera this is shot through are EXTREMELY and UNCOMFORTABLY CLOSE…. (But it works for entertainment ) No one in film school has ever taken footage this close to danger _~~>you wonder how anyone could have come out of this alive (including the shark!)

They will have to create a new sub genre of horror: Shark attack in water. Yikes! Shark attack during a cage dive . Wow! NEW Shark attack INSIDE the cage with people inside ! WTF!?
