Warning: Children Kid gets attack by little dog and no one helps him

I believe this is in China. I mean China is the only country that I know where a child will not get help from an adult. This little dog really messed him up!

When my family raises a pack of Chihuahuas, we use the single sheet of rolled up paper for discipline. It never physically hurts them, but it is terrifying to the little guys, and the gets point of "NO!" across. Works perfectly, too.

Fuckin' people can't help a kid out and can't control their fuckin' dogs I woulda jumped in that car and smacked the shit outta the driver askin' why they didn't help. Drive over that fuckin' useless mutt one less fuck up in the world. I love dogs but dogs should not attack and thats one time when I whole heartedly believe they need to be killed. Especially when they attack an innocent kid.
