Back story - Nizhny Novgorod, Russia
Quote:
"Following the media release of a sensational video of a biker's death in the Nizhny Novgorod region, the head of the Russian Investigative Committee ordered a criminal investigation
. On July 20, in Kstovo, Rostov-on-Don gypsies riding a Granta abruptly made a left turn. At that moment, a 36-year-old biker from Nizhny Novgorod was driving on the wrong side of the road and, to avoid hitting the car, he laid the motorcycle on its side.
The biker flew past the Granta, and the driver, speeding, crashed under the car. The motorcyclist was then able to crawl a few meters away.
What happened next will leave no one indifferent: the Granta driver reversed the car, returning to his lane, and a passenger approached the prone biker and kicked him in the head. At that point, the motorcyclist was still alive. He died half an hour later in the hospital. Witnesses (their dashcam) called an ambulance, and they may have prevented further assault on the prone man.
Only after the local TV report aired was a case opened regarding the fatal accident, and now investigators will look into the cowardly blow to the victim's head."
