I enjoy my steak medium-rare, closer to rare side but generally I dont specify because the chef usually will prepare the dish in whatever way is felt best. Its not my industry, so I assume they use their best judgement when it comes to preparing their dish...and its pretty much always delicious! How could it not be? Its steak.
