Witnesses stated that a stranger walked up behind this man and shot at the man's head...but the bullet hit just as the man was moving and he received a deep gash from the bullet grazing him instead of entering his noggin. The gunman ran away after the one and only shot. Depending on what the hit was put out for, if he survives it will happen again.
