disaster Missile lands on civilians

It was a 155mm M864 DPICM cluster munition that landed in the center of Gorlovka, in Russian occupied Ukraine.
Here a picture of one of the cases.
Hopefully, they're saving the beneficial weapons for later. That wasn't very impressive.
Now you have got me curious about beneficial weapons. What types of benefits to the impart? It would be great if there was one to regrow hair.
