yes. but if he didnt have the feeling of being privileged because hes on a motorcycle and can pass everyone,that wouldnt have happened to him. he also was passing in a lane hes not supposed to be in. so if he waited like if he were in a car,either the first car in line wouldve been t-boned or she goes thru the light and then gets a ticket mailed to her for it.
either way,being on a bike isnt an exemption card for certain rules of the road. like most riders think they have. case in point...

ok but does it say "bus lane only" where your from? (out of curiosity. not trying to be a dick)
because as far as i know,its only for busses here where i live. yes some people do stilluse it (like you just saw),but they also make a right turn at the light. just the same.

The motorcyclist clearly had the green light....and that bitch was clearly running the red light. Throw the book at her!
Here in Tulsa red light runners are everywhere...even semi-trucks do it! One must look both ways before proceeding through a green.
I WOULD NEVER OWN A MOTORCYCLE with the way drivers are today. It is a death wish !!!
