Nah, they built this crap all over the city. It’s like a phone charging hub with Wi-Fi that you can use for free I think. Honestly, I’m disgusted by it so never used it. You can see homeless drug addicts many times charging their phones while watching porn in the open using that Wi-Fi.

I couldn't help myself. He was making such a scene. I was almost a full block away when I first heard him, so I had to walk about 500 feet to get a full look. He was literally screaming t the top of his lungs into that kiosky thing prior to me filming if you can even imagine that. I don't know how the person on the other end tolerated staying on the call with him. That is, if there really was anyone else on the call. As far as I know you can't make calls directly from it but he seemed as though he really did...so basically what I'm trying to say is I have no idea what I'm saying. Thanks! Lol! 😵💫

The telephany workers can & do make calls from them, I think for testing purposes but, they have the capability anyway. Idk if non co ppl are supposed to use it for that. They're meant for charging your device which you then use. I never used one but, the reason they also attract the wrong element is because the providers have a program for the indigent & they get a free phone & service IF they qualify so lotta ppl from shelters, etc. It's NYC so I can believe you heard him a block away. 😄 I can also understand why you might think there's no one even there he's talking to actually. There's a lotta bums everywhere, always has been. 😐
