My late uncle and fishing buddy, was a rough neck on an oilfield in Oklahoma. A very kind man, he should have been born in the 19th century . I think he always wanted to be a cowboy. He owned farm land and raised cattle. I always enjoyed visiting him and my aunt . Being a city boy from Cincinnati, it was a real experience to spend time there.

If I remember my time in the early 80's on rigs in Texas / Louisiana and if that's a three pipe string at maybe 20lbs/ft then he's got 1800 lbs resting on his crotch, wouldn't want to be him
