Yes, the video is from some place in India but, "paki" is a slur used for not just citizens of Pakistan apparently but, also for people of south Asian (India) as well as Bangladeshi decent and it sounds better than calling someone "the P-word" because that can denote anything from penis, pussy, pedo, etc. That's probably worse.
