He looks old too, so probably had a long career in the NHS, and all those workmates that probably thought he was okay, all those relationships burned for 60 quid, what a fucking loser.
Looks like it wasn't his 1st time, there was no look of hesitation until right at the camera with the oh fuck moment.
The way it's laid out exactly in perfect view makes it look a bit like a sting tbh, maybe there was rumours about him.
