Later, Philadelphia police caught up to her and placed her under arrest on her livestream. At least over a dozen people have been arrested so far.

That is madness, they know they are getting away with it so it will escalate. A new law is required where looters will be dealt with by force with no comeback on the enforcers, a few coaches full of heavy duty law officers surrounding the stores and knocking the fuck out of everyone inside should go some way to curtailing this mass theft.

The system is rather bigoted at this time politicians/justice system not prosecuting rioters, looters and the like. And those people know it so they continue to commit crimes because they can and no one really does anything to dissuade them.
