Simply this was handled poorly and that will come up in court. It will come up why three officers or four did not handle a person much smaller than them, why the asshole in the purple tie ran away screaming knife and just got in the way, why the TASER failed to deploy properly or why they went to guns first. Also why three shots were needed. This is a lack of training and experience and the Cops just murdering people because 99% of the time they get away with it.
At the end the cop points the gun at the other person in this case and he has to tell the cop not to kill him. Clearly, this is a failure of proper Policing.
Agree 100% but it's still always stunning how people who engaging with police still hold onto weapons. You cannot win in a confrontation with the police in any deadly encounter. Lay down and hope you live through the night, then fight in court later.
