The flame was way to white, it needs more blue which means he did not have the acetylene turned up enough. If the acetylene pressure falls below 12psi on a oxygen/acetylene tank the flame will travel back up the hose and into the tank which is what we saw here😂👍😉 or like @Private Joker said the tank still had fumes👍
