Many EU countries barely let you carry a knife, more the less pepper spray. It doesn't matter if you're a woman that has to walk home at night with these animals on the street. You're still not allowed. And if you try it, they'll get you harder than the rapists.

Plus pepper spray doesn't even work as well as people think it does. The best and most humane disabler is a gun.
