I remember this case. In my neighborhood we used to make a morbid joke about neighbors that got Deer Park Spring Water (totally unrelated to Deer Park, Texas) delivered in 5 gallon jugs to their homes/businesses and say, "Watch out for the cyanide!"

He did it for insurance money but got caught. Sadly, there's a lot of cases involving filicide.

How could someone even entertain for a second harming a child? The little boy thought he was going to get something sweet and tasty, never knowing he would be dead in a few moments. That has to be the darkest form of evil, perhaps aside from crimes against humanity.
