Back story - Happened in Russia, the town of Tver, some six years ago:

"How dare you bully a woman? Kneel down! You have to apologize in front of all the residents of Tver!" one of them ordered.
The three teenagers knelt obediently in the snow and said in unison, "We apologize for what we did."
The following conversation follows:

After the conversation, the conflict seemed to be over, but suddenly a boy wearing a mask hit one of the apologizers in the face with his right hand. Then, the other companions shouted "Kill them" and started punching and kicking the three teenagers, which lasted for about three minutes.
One of the boys involved in the fight felt the situation was out of control and tried to persuade his companions to stop beating him, but the others found it difficult to calm down and continued beating him, shouting "Go to hell, you rubbish" and "This is justice for the people."
The video subsequently went viral on Russian social media platforms.
At present, the Tver police have confirmed the names of the people involved in the fight based on the video and detained one of the boys involved in the fight.
One of the three teenagers who was beaten, named Golev, revealed to reporters the injuries of himself and his two companions. He said, "Vanya is now in the hospital with an injured hand. Stas and I are recuperating at home. Stas's nose was injured, but not broken. I have a bruised left rib."
