To start with, 1.Jesus talked about hell in the gospel accounts twice as more than he talked about heaven, that was decades before paul anyways and other apostles talked about hell like james and jude and john for example.

2. Heaven and hell are both mentioned all throughout the old testament. I could give dozens of examples. Whoever told you that doesn't know a thing about old testament scripture and it's obvious that you never read it yourself.

I've come to know this beautiful Jesus through horrors and bad decisions and very bad times of my life when i didn't even believe in the bible or really even know it. I truly feel like God rescued me from my sins and from all the bad stuff that I've done in my life, which is alot and I've felt this love and compassion unlike anything i have ever experienced or felt. It changed my life so much cuz i use to be so bad and evil when i was in my teens and early to mid 20s and then this awesome mysterious Jesus caught my attention and my life has never been the same since. There's alot more to it than that, but in a nutshell my life has changed for the better in so many ways like for example,
1. My thoughts
2. My relationships with others,
3. My attitude
4. Honesty and integrity, I've become more trustworth and loyal and genuine.
5. I feel more love and compassion towards people and animals.
6. I love nature alot more and the outdoors.
7. I feel more compassion for children and a stronger desire to impact the world to help children.
8. I feel more willing to do nice things for elderly people and people with physical disabilities.
9. I don't like to litter anymore or throw trash out my car windows and i like to pick up garbage on the side of my road and try and spend some time here and again to clean up trash on the side of roads and gutters.

Those are just a few examples of this inner change that I've felt and experienced and that have changed my life. With just more respect for people and to try and not argue and fight with people as much as possible. I don't really want to hurt nobody or swindle anyone or fight people anymore. I use to love to fight even when i got my ass kicked quite a few times lol i use to just love fighting and stupid egotistic b.s

And im not perfect obviously, i still have alot to learn and change. Everyday is a journey and a learning experience for me.

Brother if it was Jesus and Christianity that turned so much of your life that much to the positive then by all means, stick with it.
But what makes you think it was actually Jesus, a man(and possibly a God), and the Christian God that was the catalyst for your transformation AND NOT JUST GOD minus the singular religion? Frankly, there's no doubt that God exists and manipulates His/Her/Its Universe in ways that we can sense. I just don't think that this God would turn away from all the beings that (mistakenly imo) follow a different religion OR would deny the life force that It created within all other creatures alive in the Universe and only has a love for Christians. The God I know and love would not be capable of such a thing. No, I think religion in the Earthly sense is a means of control and acquiring treasure and power over others.
