Just put on a jumper?
Greta and Zukensky will be the end of EuropeBy design
I generally do two shopping trips per month for everything other than meat and my grocery list is pretty static and was consistently $180-$200/trip. I placed an order last night and it was $260. I thought I had screwed up and had something extra in the cart but nope, just everything has got more expensive. I don't know how families or people on a fixed income do it.A load of corrupt twats being greedy and misleading everyone again.
My energy bill has more than doubled over the past few months and is predicted to double again in October, and further increases next year.
A small local trip to the shop last night cost me over £30 for items that cost around £18 last week! I noticed a 500g tub of Lurpack butter cost £5.06! That’s a fucking daft price for chuffing butter!!!
You really are an imbecile.
LOL, one of our former premiers Ralph Klein (sort of like Trump but much more a man of the people & not orange) who told Albertans to put on a sweater when people complained about high energy costs. I thought it was funny AF but many didn't.Just put on a jumper?
Greta's 15 minutes have been used up, don't think anyone gives two fucks what that twitchy little cunt has to say. The Z-man on the other hand is the new messiah.Greta and Zukensky will be the end of Europe
Graz is going to be the new Brazilian energy tsar.Time to harvest the power of farts for electricity
Well said. The funniest thing in all this is western leaders (mostly from Europe) blaming Russia for cutting them off from oil and gas supplies and being "held to ransom". Who sanctioned who first again? If you're gonna cut off your nose to spite your face, well, fuck your face. Now they will learn the hard way. Where's the solar panels, wind farms and all the hippies preaching green power and self reliance? For countries like Germany or France, fuck you. Those assholes have elected socialist/green governments for decades and shat all over the petroleum & nuclear industries this is what they deserve
"Four cheese rolls and a pecan Danish madam? Why certainly, that will £785.50 please"The bakery from 37k to 350k a year👌 fucking beautiful
*Bearded Scottish man in rags cooking a sausage over an open fire on the side of the road*"Four cheese rolls and a pecan Danish madam? Why certainly, that will £785.50 please"
I inherently dislike Russia & Russians, they're drunken cunts who can't be trusted. This feeling goes back much further than the current Ukrainian kerfuffle.Well said. Russia called their bluff. Once the sanctions went down oil and gas was still available, but because Russia was cut off from swift and everything else banking related, Putin demanded payment in Rubles from euro nations. It's brinkmanship and here we are.I inherently dislike Russia & Russians, they're drunken cunts who can't be trusted. This feeling goes back much further than the current Ukrainian kerfuffle.
The recent sanctions notwithstanding the Russians have been fucking with Western Europe's energy supply for decades. Russia gets their panties in a knot, they constrain oil & gas to the west.....Russia & its oligarchs want to manipulate the market they scale up/down oil & gas to the west.
While I'd like nothing more that the world to buy & consume a whole lot more Canadian oil & gas I think the best non-hydrocarbon energy source is nuclear, in particular small modular reactors. Aside from using atomic decay SMRs have very little in common with the large pressurized reactors currently is use around the world. SMRs are fundamentally more simple & reliable, easier & quicker to deploy and inherently safer. But because they're nuclear the environmentalists get all spazzy.
He's from Australia 🇦🇺Are you brave enough to say which country you reside, that’s so much better than USA and UK?
To be fair it's still fine here we have our own gas, coal and oil.Are you brave enough to say which country you reside, that’s so much better than USA and UK?
It's all about "climate change". Not of the weather kind though.Yep. I can't help but feel this is through the looking glass shit - nothing remotely like this has happened on this scale before and it's going to be fucking carnage over winter. I can guarantee that all the Greta-worshipping cunts banging on about climate change will be nowhere to be seen in January when it's -5 and people are freezing to death in their own bedrooms
We haven't heard from our leader dickhead Johnson as he is leaving his post ,he is unduly worried about any crisis in the UK. Raising inflation fuel and heating costs food prices not one fuck given by any of the clowns in charge .we give money to Ukraine n other shit hole countries instead of sorting out our own affairs .
That's the UK GOVERNMENT not the citizens. We don't get a fecking choice to what the government choose to support or not support. It's outta order. From what I can tell, majority of Europeans, particularly British and Irish support the sanctions, just like majority of Russians support the war, so in the end neither side should be crying about anything.
