Nobody should lose their job because of an assumption. How would you like to lose your job the same way? Wait. My bad. I didn't mean to assume you had the ability to get a job. Judging by your demeanor and language, that's probably the wrong assumption. Well unless you work in the field of sanitation, likely sewers since being around other pieces of shit won't bother you. šŸ¤£
And nobody who is mentally retarded should be allowed online, yet somehow you are on here.
Fact 1 and Not an Assumption- he was geolocated to the scene. He would not have been arrested and fired without his superiors being 100 percent sure he was there.

Fact 2 and not an Assumption- he was using his status/his position as a law enforcement officer which helped provide monetary gain to a public citizen Regardless of whether on or off duty and he did so Without permission. He can do a video, a commercial, an appearance in public that provides monetary gain if it is first given permission by his Chief/Superiors. He certainly didn't have permission in this case.

Assumptions and facts are 2 things you are confusing and people who are mentally retarded often confuse the 2. Lastly, he had a Facebook post that he has since removed/taken down in which he apologized for his actions.

Who the fuck are you talking too? He didn't receive compensation for appearing in the video. He was arrested and fired because he did it will on duty. Has nothing to do with permission or paying for his uniform. It's because he was clocked in for the State and was supposed to be protecting and serving .
Again, retarded people struggle with comprehension and I'm talking to a mongoloid. At ZERO points in time did I ever write that he received compensation. Reread it retard.. I wrote that his actions helped the girl receive monetary gain and that's why he's at home tonight and not in uniform. That's a felony. It's not just a fireable offense. It's a felony in 50 states.

You have no idea what you are talking about. You are too stupid to realize it.
He wasn't paid.
Nashville police chief stated "He was fired because it was disrespectful to the state. And he didn't know if he was on the clock at the time but they were investigating."
This was May 9.
June 9 he was arrested because it was determined he was supposed to be working. And the two people in the video are not employed by the state.
I don't even know why you are hung up on this him being paid money because it isn't mentioned anywhere in the newsstories or the arrests. Just something you think happened. But we can see how well your thinking skills are.

The department said he was on duty at the time of the video.
Would not have mattered. Being on duty makes it worse, but he would have been fired even if off duty. Can't use your status/employment as

He is in trouble and fired because of several things.
1. On duty and doing this on the public dime is one thing and that's fireable on the spot.
2. Again, you can not use your status/employment/uniform as an officer that provides monetary gain benefit to another person (the girl in the video) without explicit permission from your superiors/Chief of Police/etc. The girl gets paid for her videos. He would have been fired for this EVEN IF he would Not have been on duty at the time it happened.

You are stating assumptions. You don't know what they have to arrest him because those records are sealed until a judge opens them to the public.
I know the police don't have access to the persons OF account to prove she made a single cent.
The person in the video has stated it was only a stunt and that he was off duty and on private property.
If they could geo locate him then why did it take over a month to arrest him? I mean they could get that information according to you whenever they want and use it as evidence to arrest him. So why do long?

You can't prove she was paid dumbass. She is a private citizen and her accounts are private. so again for the dumbass. They have no way in hell to prove there was financial gain or he used his status for something I don't even know what you are talking about with that.

You aren't paid for every video on OF. They allow the people on there to put out free content.

Here is the reason for his firing so you will quit believing all that shit you are spewing.
Allegations of sexual harassment and misconduct are just some of the reasons why Metro Nashville Police said former officer Sean Herman was already on his "last chance" before he was fired. Police fired Herman less than one day after spotting the video on Reddit and identifying him as the officer, but they later said that he was already in jeopardy of losing his job.

Records showed that last year, Herman signed a "Last Chance Agreement" to keep his job after police said he created "an offensive work environment for a coworker through sexual comments and actions." Investigators in 2023 asked Herman about an OF account and he admitted to having one for six months where he posted one nude photo of himself. Herman agreed to these terms which meant undergoing "respectful workplace training" and staying out of trouble for at least two years. He also had series of crashes caused by poor decisions behind the wheel.

And that is why he was fired. Not because of any of that nonsense you are spewing. He was already almost out the door. That's why they fired him on the spot before even doing an investigation.
