A 16-year-old boy has been charged with non-fatal strangulation, robbery, and possession of an offensive weapon following an incident at a park in Hedon on June 12.
Police say the teenager assaulted another boy believed to be known to him and attempted to steal his motorbike. He has been remanded into custody.
