Formella’s husband was with her during the arrest in Downers Grove, unaware of what his wife had done.

She wasn’t initially told what she was arrested for.

Later in the video (3:15) is after she’s been made aware and is sobbing.

The victim has provided evidence to the police, including graphic text messages.

He also alleges he ended the relationship.

Formella has denied all allegations.
