Looks to me like he fell on the beam and broke his back.😂😂 hopefully 😆😅
I thought he’d crippled his back over the beam, but he appears wedged between the metal pole/ flat metal object and the wall with his t-shirt pulled over the pole. This could still break his back, and would also be cutting into his ribs which would fucking hurt and limit breathing (you can see his torso bobbing when he breathes).
