The farmhouse will sit within an emerging project which is embracing a different approach to living and working, with a focus on sustainable living, sustainable transport, reduced private car usage, local food production, local renewable energy production, energy efficiency, empowerment and resilience, connecting with nature, and having a lighter footprint on the planet. Basically, this means a bunch of freeloading hippies have let this house practically rot, it needs new ceilings, new floors, central heating, new plumbing, new electrics, new bathroom needs a complete refit, plus a couple of extra bathrooms, but you can have the opportunity to pay £££ for a house fix it up, pay ground rent, but make the house available for use by other members of a commune/cult/etc and you get fuck all.

^ Also, i don't understand this old fashioned two faucet setting...one of my houses had this but it was built in 1924 and the toilet was never updated.

I've seen this in newly built homes over there too, so that's not the issue...they have the one faucet in the kitchen so it's not like they don't have the technology.

It must be some sort of holdover thinking from an earlier time...just odd and not really as functional as it could be.

I never noticed the floor before, this is how they manage with one toilet, they must form a circle and generally wee on the floor. They cant even clean their own piss up, yet want a fancier, better house.
