My info comes from live trackers, multiple people inside Ukraine and of course video of the elimination of Russian troops and the like. The overall data is only what can be had by everyone else. No one produces hard numbers, for those I'd have to have an insider in intel and a clearance.

However key indicators are clear, as I posted above. No military that is Ranked #1 and "winning" needs three rounds of conscriptions after losing an entire army, They do not put inmates into service, they do not hire mercenary companies, they do not lose a flagship or even let one sail in such poor condition, they do not lose almost 10,000 vehicles and have to resort to scraping off rust and rat shit to put them back into service after 70 years.

I'd hope that you would have functional brain cells to at least see those concrete facts. If not, I cannot help you no one can.
All the data is out there on historical conflicts, one only has to compare the number of losses to see Russia is super bad at war and does not care about the lives of its men.

What your not understanding is that America didn't go into these wars to 'win', they went in to prop up a Government, the US found that after WW2 it cost more to rebuild the countries they fucked than it did to wage the war in the first place & they were throwing money into Europe & Japan, those areas then had a reliance & an expectation that the US would throw dollars at them for what they needed forever, the US had to break away from that (I think they are still paying) so, the US Government made the decision to 'back' other Governments instead of waging war for them, that way the ruling Government would be the hero's & have the following of their people instead of the US & then they could bug out & squeeze trillions of dollars out of that Government, that's how those Governments pay back the US for their initial outlay, all about dollars which soldiers never see and do you think 'other' Governments aren't the same???
