My wife has been a Midwife for over 20 years , she had one case a home visit of a new mother after birth (several weeks later), she knew something was up the way she was speaking and just her mindset, when my wife was leaving she drew a picture of my wife and showed her she said you look funny to me but nice it was like Casper the friendly ghost. My wife suspected Postnatal depression and reported her to a unit who deals with those illnesses, two days later that women sent her husband down the shops "and take baby with you" then hung herself when he left.
