movies What is one movie you would erase from your mind just so you could watch it again?

"Irreversible" (2002). It really only hits hard the first time. I still regret I didn't see on the big screen, but I did watch it at home with the surround sound blaring - and that helped.
Viewer Warning: this film is definitely not for people with "grape" issues.

Das Boot. The extended version. My GOD that end was satisfying.

(Not THE final scene though...if ya know, ya know.)
Das Boot is an incredibly boring movie, in my opinion, I was tired and bored the whole time I was watching it
And now they've released a new version of All Quiet on the Western Front in German version 3 years ago
If anyone, the Germans should know exactly what World War I was like, but this movie is such a mess that it's unbelievable, it shouldn't have even been made, so the second 1979 American version is still the best

There are about 80-100 movies from the 1950s that I like and I have them all on DVD. (except for a couple of movies that were made even earlier than that)
I love them all and I have them all on DVD, even if they are not Oscar or Golden Globe winning movies, they are still good movies

I can see why you would think that. However, for me, Das Boot's boredom creates a unique experience of many hours of dread and despair capped off by a relieving burst of success and happiness. I fancy movies like that.
