I’m sure I’ve seen that vid you’re talking about, it happens in a straw or something like that field and yes its deffo low quality and back in the day when Mexican castration was big on their list of torture. As to the present day it’s who can remove a head the fastest. Flaying had potential to be a big thing but it it doesn’t look like there’s too many complete psychopaths among their cartel’s, it’s one thing removing a head but if you seen them Flaying videos then you know it takes a special breed to do that to another human.

I wish that I could find it. I've been running variations of cartel castration through google and not finding it, although a lot of other good stuff comes up, the most frequent one being a pitbull feasting on some naked guy's crotch that we've all seen on here. I'll keep looking for it and let you know if it pops up.
