Haven't seen that yet. But there is a low-quality video floating around out there of a cartel performing a full castration on a squirming guy hanging upside down by the feet like in the picture. A complete dismemberment then follows.

Yeah there's also another video of a cartel castrating a rival but he's tied up laying on the floor naked and the let a pit bull lose on him and the pit goes strait to his junk and starts ripping it up piece by piece till he just has a gapping hole there .. some seriously brutal stuff
