If you truly knew how many drug addicts, alcoholics, senile, mentally Ill, handicapped, half blind, etc. people are on the road at any given point, you would never leave the house.
They always pick on the big trucks.
im leaning more toward the alkies and the suicide mission.
i would tend think the latter is less.
