I think he seems quite a different person to what he once was. I even googled if he had Alzheimers, I did find old reports that he had shown signs of parkinsons dieases some years ago, Parkinson's affects problem solving (executive function), speed of thinking, memory and other cognitive functions, as well as mood. When rulers who routinely murder the people who disagrees with his views, they usually have people around who will agree to absolutely everything they say, even if they are terrible ideas. I mean, I don't blame them. Would you? So when that happens, it is the end of them. They will make a terrible mistake like Putin made by invading Ukraine, and they will have no idea of how bad it is because no one around would have the courage to disagree with him.
