I mentioned it before. That country and many of its people are mentally completely fucked up . I can't believe it still exists.
The fellow in the car could have been one of those people that were in the 1981 movie 'Scanners', who can make peoples heads explode just by looking at them. Or that bird Carrie who went tonto on prom night. Or he might have been a vampire or a werewolf or something.

A knife inside a vehicle is no threat to a person standing outside the vehicle with a firearm. No threat. This person was clearly in distress whether it was chemically induced or mental illness. He could’ve had tbi from the crash. That fucking officer murdered that young man. And he will get off lightly when it is over.
